CMHA ROLE

The Sinclair, located in Columbus, is a vibrant community developed by the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) in partnership with The NRP Group. CMHA played a crucial role in its development, from securing funding to ensuring the integration of supportive services for residents. CMHA issued nearly $30 million in bonds for the development of this community.
