Key funding sources included Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. Legacy Pointe at Poindexter is part of the Choice Neighborhood Initiative Grant. It includes amenities such as green spaces, a community center and proximity to public transit. This initiative underscores CMHA’s commitment to preserving neighborhood heritage while promoting economic development and inclusive, sustainable living environments.
